Monday - Friday - 8.15am to 6pm 

Surgeries commence at 8.30am.

Emergency calls start from 8.30am 

Creekmoor Surgery

Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 12.30pm and 2pm to 6pm  

If you are a patient of the Creekmoor Surgery and have an urgent problem during this time,

Surgery Times

GP consultations are available between 8.30am and 11.30am and between 3pm and 5.30pm for both surgeries.  However, these times may vary to meet the demands of the service. 

Nurse appointments are available between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Please note the Nurse is available less frequently at Creekmoor Surgery.

Extended Hours

For those who find it difficult to attend the surgery during normal working hours, we offer a late surgery on a Monday at the Evergreen Oak Surgery between 6.30pm and 8.00pm. The doctor will change from week to week and there will be no access to the surgery except through routine booked appointments.
